Abstract
Objective To explore the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and the teaching method of Case-Based Learning (CBL) in electrocardiogram (ECG) teaching.Methods Seventy-eight students in our hospital were divided into group A (38 students) and group B (38 students). Lecture-Based Learning (LBL) teaching method was used in group A, and PBL combined CBL were used in group B. Achievements of ECG and satisfaction rate of survey were compared between the two groups. ResultsNot only achievements of theory examination, but also reading and analysis of ECG in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.01). and the satisfaction survey in ECG teaching, the satisfaction rate in group B obviously higher than that in group A (P<0.01).Conclusion PBL combined CBL teaching method is better than the LBL in ECG teaching.关键词
