摘要

Abstract

In our country, training model for medical students, includes basic science of medicine, specially clinic course and practice in hospital. Under this model, the medical student of Uygur has dififculty in communicant and comprehension, not only the student has no activeness, but also the theory presents less relationship with clinic status of patient. Early contact of the clinic is designed to recognize the complaint and physical sign of different diseases as earlier as possible, enhance sensible recognition and make theory and reality integrate more closely, this teaching model may enhance the activeness of stuent,train the ability of study by self and enhance the ability of communication and ,and elevate the students comprehensive quality.
