极低龄DCD供肝在婴儿肝移植中的疗效分析
Effect Analysis of Very Young DCD Liver Donors in Infants Liver Transplantation

Abstract
Objective Evaluation of the effect of very young children organ donation after cardiac death (DCD) in liver transplantation in infants.Methods Collect the clinical data that 11 infants who do the liver transplantation with the very young DCD liver donor from December 2013 to April 2015, including donor data, receptor and follow-up data.Results All donor ages were less than 2 months, 11 cases of infant liver transplant recipients aged from 4 months to 11months. Postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases, including 4 cases of hepatic artery thrombosis, 1 cases of portal vein thrombosis, 3 cases of hepatic encephalopathy, 1 cases of pneumonia. All were cured after therapy and discharged. All patients were followed up for long term healthy survival.Conclusion Very young DCD donor liver can be used as a source of infant liver transplantation, but the complication rate is high.关键词
