摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the improved arteriovenous anastomosis in the establishment of internal arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.MethodsThe control group was treated with conventional radial artery anastomosis, and the observation group was treated with modiifed arteriovenous anastomosis. ResultsThe success rate and patency rate of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group. The experimental group was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The improved arteriovenous anastomosis is less risk, less complications and higher success rate.关键词
