摘要

Abstract

ObjectiveTo comparison of the method between mycoplasma pneumoniae-speciifc lgM(MP-IgM)antibody detection test and lfuorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) test and interleukin-6 in the treatment of infection of mycoplasma pneumonia. Clinical diagnosis relies mainly on serology and, Serological methods lack sufficient sensitivity in the acute phase of the disease.Methods The method of ELISA was employed to detect MP-IgM antibody in the blood of 120 cases of respiratory infection, at the same time, the DNA of serum of those patients (FQ-MP DNA) Was detected by means of PCR. Correlations between levels of IL-6 with acute MPP and levels of IL-6 with recovery MPP were analyzed in MPP group. The second antibody step up exceed 4 times or the ifrst time≥1:160 as MP infection. Results The positive rate in the results between MP-DNA and IgM antibody was statistically signiifcant. FQ-PCR have higher diagnosis value than particle agglutination in infant. The serum levels of IL-6 in acute MPP group were signiifcantly higher than those of recovery MPP group.Conclusion Fluorescent quantitative PCR (PCR) test might be a kind of rapid, sensitive and speciifc assessment in detecting the MP infection. Combined detection of the two factors has great referential value in assessing the severity and predicting the prognosis for MPP.
