摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze main causes of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder and dpeciifc nursing interventions. MethodsIn our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were treated 104 cases of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients, all patients with sleep disorder screening scale situation, and then the sleep disorder 88 patients were randomly divided into control group observation group and the control group received usual care, patients in the observation group targeted nursing intervention, the two groups of patients receiving care after sleep quality index.Results The main cause of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder due to a disease factors, psychological factors, other factors, sleep quality index of the group of patients than the control group patients, two groups of patient data was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder with relatively more reason, health care workers need to make the appropriate grasp and implement speciifc nursing interventions.关键词
