Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation effect of the hierarchical intervention management mode for the safety management of the patients in the hospital.MethodsEstablishing a daily WeChat zero reporting system for special patients, implementing the level three intervention management mode and defining the work and responsibilities of the level three personnel, contrasting the change of medical security coefficient and the incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes before and after the implementation of the hierarchical intervention management.Results The incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the medical security coefficient was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical intervention management mode for the patients in the hospital can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes and signiifcantly improve the medical security coefifcient.关键词
