壳寡糖采后处理对南果梨贮藏品质的影响
Effect of Chitosan Oligosaccharide on the Storage Quality of Nanguo Pear
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effect of chitosan oligosaccharide (COS)on the storage quality of Nanguo pear.1 00 mg /L COS was immersed to post-harvest Nanguo pear.The results showed that COS significantly de-creased bad fruit rate and delayed fruit softening.Immersed COS treatment preserve the content of soluble sol-id、titratable acid during the storage.The content of total phenols,flavonoid and DPPH radical scavenging ac-tivity were increased in COS treatment.The study implied that COS have potential value in preserving the qual-ity of Nanguo pear during storage.关键词
