员工工作倦怠与工作投入的整合研究∗--以黑龙江森工林业局为例
Research on the Integration of Job Burnout and Job Engagement of Employees---In Heilongjiang province forestry bureau as an example
摘要
Abstract
Based on the field investigation, in Heilongjiang Forest Industry Bureau as an example, u-sing questionnaire investigation and factor analysis and structural equation of staff job burnout and de-voted to research on the integration. The results show that the work requirements of the work load, repetition, rotation factors and job resources of social support factors are of Heilongjiang Forest Indus-try Bureau staff job burnout influence. Therefore, proposed to the staff of scientific management, pro-vide opportunities for promotion, salary system reform, reduce staff workload, slow down the Coun-termeasures of Forestry Bureau staff rotation frequency.关键词
