The Measurement and Dynamic Evaluation of the Industrial Structure’s Similarity of Heilongjiang Forest-Industry Regions

Abstract
Taking the northeast, Inner Mongolia national key state-owned forest region and the whole country as the reference, it got the industrial structure similarity internal estimates of Heilongjiang for-est relative to the two forestry three industry structure similarity and diversification of Heilongjiang for-est industry from 2003 to 2014. The northeast, Inner Mongolia key state-owned forestry industry struc-ture convergence problem, increasing the pressure of the economic transformation of forest full stop af-ter 2010; after Heilongjiang forest forestry industrial structure similarity with respect to the declining industrial transformation and practice have certain effect; Heilongjiang Forest Management Bureau di-versified between different industrial structure consistent prominent, relying on a variety of business is not conducive to further deepen the reform of state-owned forest reform and economic transition. There-fore, Heilongjiang forest industry should continue to play the comparative advantages, and actively build regional industry integration pattern, to deal with the new situations of state-owned forest full stop cutting, economic transformation and reforming.关键词
