农户公益林抚育需求意愿及影响因素分析∗--以天保工程区玉龙县和会理县为例
Analysis on Tending Demand Willingness and Its Influencing Factors of Rural Households Toward Public Welfare Forest---A case study of Yulong county and Huili county in natural forest protection project area

Abstract
After the collective forest reform, households become main body of collective forest man-agement, and how to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the public welfare forest tending directly related to the sustainability of collective public welfare forest. In order to reveal the farmer��s demand willingness to participate in public welfare forest tending and its influencing factors, the paper carried out two cases study of Yulong county of Yunnan province and Huili county of Sichuan province in the Natural Forest Protection Project Area. The study analyzed the farmer��s tending demand willingness about public welfare forest by questionnaire survey method and binary logistic regression methods, based on 187 effective random samples. The result shows that the level of education, the ration of forestry income to household income, the ratio of non-agricultural income to household in-come, received the training of forestry technology or not, knew the public welfare forest compensation policy or not, carried out the forest tending or not have a significant impact on farmer��s demand will-ingness to take part in public welfare forest tending. And then it analyzes each factor respectively. It put forward some suggestions to promote forest tending demand willingness and further protection for public welfare forest.关键词
