Research on the Countermeasures of Promoting the Development of Forestry Industry Cluster in Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The paper uses location entropy and industrial agglomeration index to measure the degree of agglomeration and development of Heilongjiang province from two aspects of static and dynamic. The research shows that the professional level of the forestry industry in Heilongjiang province is always slightly higher than the whole country during the period from 2009 to 2013, but in recent years, the forestry industry in Heilongjiang province is not obvious. The paper put forward a series of counter-measures and suggestions according to the research, including, clearing the direction of macroeco-nomic regulation and control; giving full play to the leading role of leading enterprises; enhancing the level of technology; attaching importance to brand building and expanding; extending the industrial chain; exploring new industry development mode.关键词
