政策综合在森林转型中的作用∗--以福建长汀为例
Research on the Impact of Policy Integration in Forest Transition A Case of Changting in Fujian
摘要
Abstract
The concept of Forest Transition is first presented in 1992, which has become the focus of international ecological economics and natural resources management nowadays. China has realized for-est transition in 1980s, and make great contributions to global carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation. Policy factor is considered to have played an important role in China forest transition. This paper take Changting, a typical area of forest transition, as an example, and build analysis frame-work of reforestation policy integration to explore the reasons why reforestation policy in Changting suc-ceed. This study can help to enrich discussions on policy pathway of forest transition. The research finds that the horizontal reforestation policy integration is the key to success of reforestation policy in Changting. The reforestation policy system in Changting is an good example to other regions.关键词
