大蓟中木脂素类化学成分研究
Studies on lignans from Cirsium japonicum
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the chemical constituents of Cirsium japonicum, nine lignans were obtained by column chromatography on silica gel , macroporous resin ( Diaion-101 ) , Sephadex LH-20 , and TLC for separation and purification.Their structures were identified as justicidin B (1), 6′-hydroxy justicidin A (2), 6′-hydroxy justi-cidin B (3), diphyllin (4), justicidin A (5), 6-hydroxy-4-(4-methoxyl-3-methoxyphenyl )-3-hydroxymethyl-5-methoxyl-3,4-dihydro(3R,4S)-2-aldehydenaphthalene (6), 6-hydroxy-4-(4-methoxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxyl-3,4-dihydro (3R,4S)-2-aldehydenaphthalene (7), 4′-demethyl podophyllotoxin (8), podophyllotoxin (9) by spectroscopic data and references .Compounds (1 ~9) were isolated from this plant for the first time .Meanwhile , Compounds ( 1~9 ) were evaluated for their hepatoprotective activities a-gainst D-galactosamine-induced toxicity in HL-7702 cells using a MTT colorimetric method .关键词
