2015年我国环境与健康网络舆情分析

Abstract
Purpose/Significance] In order to improve environmental management, it becomes more and more important to identify the hotspots of internet public opinions on environment and health, analyze the development trend of it, and to provide references for further operations. [ Method/Process] By applying TRS Social Media Analytics Cloud service system, synthetically analyzing the data of tradi-tional media and new media, based on the principle of"high media attention, heated netizens discussion", combined with expert qualita-tive assessment, the network public opinion of environment and health events in 2015 were analyzed. [ Result/Conclusion] Six common features of public opinions were concluded as follow:a. Air pollution is still the hottest topic, and the concerned content is further deep-ened. b. Health damage is the key issue concerned by the public of all emergency events. c. Repeated appearance of an event can still raise public concerns. d. Further steps taken after an environmental health event have become a new topic. e. The public pays more atten-tion when government takes actions. f. The emerging media has become the major platform of information dissemination. Three recom-mendations were proposed as follow:a. The analysis and response of public opinions on environment and health should be taken seriously in the response to environmental emergencies. b. Environmental health risk communication should be included as the main content of envi-ronmental education. c. Environmental protection agencies should express their attentions on public health via various types of media pro-actively.关键词
