Abstract

A rapid determination method of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added to cosmetics was established. Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), ACQUITY UPLC® BEN C18 column (50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 µm), the mobile phase (V (methanol) :V (water) = 90 : 10), electrospray ionization (ESI) and the scanning methods of information–dependent acquisition (IDA) and enhanced ion scanning (EPI) were used for the rapid qualitative analysis of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added in cosmetics. The detection limit was less than 0.4 µg/mL.
