髋关节置换术与骨折内固定术治疗新鲜移位股骨颈骨折的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the total hip arthroplasty and fracture fixation for treatment of fresh displaced femoral neck fractures . Methods:from December 2009 to December 2014 , 80 cases of fresh shift to analyze surgical treatment in patients with femoral neck frac -ture, were randomly divided into total hip arthroplasty and fracture fixation group, 40cases with total hip arthroplasty and fracture fixation treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients .Results: fracture fixation group in the operation time significantly was shorter than the hip replacement group , with statistical significance (P <0.05); Intraoperative blood loss and internal fixation of fracture group was obviously less than hip replacement group , with statistical significance (P <0.05);Bed time fracture fixation group was obviously than hip replacement group leader , with statistical significance (P <0.05);Fracture fixation group the incidence of ische-mic necrosis of femoral head and bone nonunion than hip replacement group , with statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .Conlc usion:the shift of the fresh femoral neck fracture were treated by total hip arthroplasty and fracture fixation treatment to get different results , ccould be operated according to patients condition .关键词
