烯效唑对不同耐旱性甘薯品种苗期根系抗氧化酶同工酶的影响
Effects of Uniconazole on Antioxidant Enzyme Isoenzymes in Seedling Roots of Sweet Potato Varieties with Different Drought Tolerance

Abstract
The effects of uniconazole on soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme isoenzymes in seedling roots of JS21 with stronger drought resistance and JZS1 with weaker drought resistance were re-searched by simulating the field drought stress with PEG -6000 in hydroponics.The results showed that under the normal treatment,uniconazole had no significant effects on protein contents of the 2 varieties.Under the drought stress,the soluble protein content of JZS1 increased and the stripe2 ~stripe4 were obviously thick-ened,while that of JS21 decreased and the stripe3 and stripe4 was thinner and lighter.Under the normal treat-ment,uniconazole could increase the isoenzyme expression quantities of SOD2,SOD3 of JS21 and CAT2, CAT3 of JZS1 and had no obvious effects on that of SOD of JZS1,POD of the 2 varieties and CAT of JS21. Compared with the normal treatment,the isoenzyme expression quantities of SOD1,SOD2,POD2 of JZS1 and POD2,POD3 of JS21 increased,that of SOD2 of JS21 decreased under drought stress.Under the drought stress,uniconazole could increase the isoenzyme expression quantities of SOD1,SOD2,POD1,POD3,CAT2 and CAT3.In conclusion,uniconazole could more obviously enhance the isoenzyme expression quantities of antioxidant enzymes in sweetpotato with weaker drought resistance than that with stronger drought resistance under drought stress.关键词
