化感物质对花生根部土壤养分及产量的影响
Effects of Allelochemicals on Rootzone Soil Nutrients and Pod Yield of Peanut

Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship between the accumulation of phenolic acid allelochemi-cals in soil and the continuous cropping obstacle of peanut,a pot experiment was carried out to investigate the synergetic effects of 3 kinds of main phenolic acids,cinnamic acid,phthalic acid and p -hydroxybenzoic acid, in the root exudates on rootzone soil nutrients and pod yield of peanut.The results showed that at the pegging stage of peanut(45 days after emergence),the contents of soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus and a-vailable kalium were significantly decreased.At the early (75 days after emergence)and the end (105 days after emergence)of podding stages,the effects of allelochemicals at lower concentration (40 mg per kilogram of dry soil)on peanut root soil available phosphorus and available kalium showed a weakening trend.At the 3 stages,45,75,105 days after emergence,the content of soil organic matter had no significant change.The effects of allelochemicals at higher concentration of 80 mg per kilogram of dry soil on soil nutrients and yield of peanut were higher.The pod weight per pot,the pod number per plant,full -pod rate and kernel rate reduced by 51.4%,56.2%,40.8%,32.5% respectively,while the pod number of per kilogram increased by 55.4%. The accumulation of 3 kinds of main phenolic acids in peanut continuous cropping soil was one of the reasons causing the imbalance of soil nutrients,which had a close relationship with peanut continuous cropping obstacle.关键词
