叶面肥料中多效唑含量的气相色谱法检测
Detection of Paclobutrazol Content in Foliar Fertilizer by Gas Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
To establish the analysis method of paclobutrazol content in foliar fertilizer,the foliar fertilizer samples were extracted with acetone and then centrifuged,the supernate was used to quantify by external standard methods,the comprehensive gas chromatography method was used to detect the paclobutrazol con-tent.The results showed that the detection limit was 1 mg/L.The relative standard deviations was 1.7% ~3.6%.The mean recoveries at 3 spiked levels ranged from 95.8% to 109.6%.The method was rapid and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It was suitable for determination and monitoring of pa-clobutrazol content in foliar fertilizer.关键词
