Impact of different reperfusion time window on ventricular remodeling and left ventricular function in patients with Q-wave acute myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the impact of different reperfusion time window on ventricular re‐modeling and left ventricular function in patients with Q‐wave acute myocardial infarction .Methods :394 patients with initial Q‐wave myocardial infarction were divided into A ,B and C three groups according to the different reper‐fusion time window conducted into the treatment .The reperfusion time window of the three groups were less than 12h in group A ,12h< t≤24h in group B ,24h< t≤72h in group C .The ventricular remodeling and left ventricular function were investigated before and after treatment .Results :The truncated perfusion abnormalities of the three groups were improved after treatment and with significant difference compared to that of before .The earlier reperfu‐sion was taken ,the better degree of perfusion abnormalities was achieved .The fractional shortening ,left ventricular end‐diastolic diameter and LVEF of each group was significantly different from that of treatment before ,which showed that patients were taken the earlier reperfusion ,the improvement of left ventricular end‐diastolic diameter and LVEF was more obvious than before .Conclusion :The early reperfusion therapy can significantly improve heart function in patients with Q‐wave acute myocardial infarction ,and the ventricular remodeling is also improved .关键词
