西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病31例疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effect of sitagliptin for type 2 diabetes insulin resistance and in‐flammatory factors .Methods :62 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,31 cases in each group .in the control group patients were treated with conventional therapy in type 2 diabetes .in the observation group patients were given sitagliptin treatment based on conventional .Results :Clinical treatment total effective rate was 90 .32% in the observation group patients were higher than 67 .74% that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .After treatment ,Diabetic patients BMI ,HOMA‐IR , FIns in the observation group patients were lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically sig‐nificant .After treatment ,Diabetic patients FPG、2hPG and HbA1c level in the observation group patients were low‐er than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .After treatment ,Diabetic patients LDL‐C、TC and TG level in the observation group patients were lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion :Sitagliptin treatment of type 2 diabetes patients efficacy significantly ,can signif‐icantly reduce insulin resistance ,glycemic control in type 2 diabetes and lipid metabolism have better results .关键词
