Analysis of Food Safety Risk and Its Effect on Health
摘要
Abstract
According to the definition of WHO, food safety is a public health problem that affects the health of the human health. Food hygiene is to ensure food safety and harmless to human health, nutrition, health, and to make food be good for the body�s nor⁃mal needs of nutrition and health. Food hygiene can cause acute poisoning, chronic poisoning, and even carcinogenic, mutagenic effects. Therefore, we should strengthen and improve the legal system of food safety in our country to ensure food safety.关键词
