表面活性剂协同提取木蝴蝶中总黄酮的研究
Investigation on the Effects of Sodium Deoxycholate on ExtractionRate of Flavones from Oroxylum indicum

Abstract
The current study was aimed to investigate the effects of sodium deoxycholate ,a kind of endogenous surfactant ,on the extraction rate of flavones from Oroxylum indicum .O .indicum was extracted by refluxing method and the effect of the single factor ,such as the amount of the surfactant ,the extraction temperature and ethanol concentration on extraction rate of flavones from O .indicum were studied .The results showed that the optimized reflux temperature and ethanol concentration were 80℃ and 60% ,respectively .The extraction rate of flavones from O .in-dicumwas enhanced during the mass concentration range of 0% -0.12% in ethanol .Similar results for increasing extraction rate of flavones from O .indicum were obtained and no significant difference was found at the same concentration of sodium deoxycholate and sodium lauryl sul-fate in ethanol .The extraction rate of 40% ethanol withmass concentration of 0.12% sodium deoxycholateand 60% ethanol was greatly similar . The method facilitates extraction rate of flavones and reduced the extraction cost .关键词
