秘宝软胶囊中木香总内酯的含量测定
Determination of the Content of Total Costuslactone in MiBaoSoft Capsule
摘要
Abstract
The current study was aimed to establish a method for the determination of the content of total costuslactone in MiBao soft capsule , which can evaluate the quality of MiBao soft capsules .Method :The content of total costuslactone in soft capsules was detected by UV spec-trophotometry which used dehydrocostuslactone as standard .The content of total costuslactone in the sample has a good linear relationship in the range of 10μg/mL~50μg/mL in terms of dehydrocostuslactone .The regression equation was Y=0.0135X+0.0084(R2=0.9993) and the re-covery rate was 99.18% ,RSD wa 1.68% .The content determination of total costuslactone in MiBao soft capsule by UV spectrophotometry is simple and reliable ,so it can be used as a method of quality control of MiBao soft capsule .关键词
