林下山参滴丸的含量测定及指纹图谱研究

Abstract
The aims of this paper are to determine the contents of ginsenosides and to establish the fingerprint of Linxiashanshen Pills .The deter-mination of total ginsenosides was determined by UV -Visible spectrophotometry .HPLC -PDA was chosen to detect the contents of gin-senosideRg1、Re and Rb1 .A total of10 batches of Linxiashanshen Pills were determinedby HPLC and were evaluatedby the Chromatographic Fin-gerprint Similarity Evaluation System (2004A Edition ) .As a result ,the standard fingerprint were established .The contents of total ginsenosies were determined as 16mg/g .The contents of ginsenosides Rg1 ,Re and Rb1 were respectively 2.667mg/g ,0.433mg/g and 5.100mg/g .The standard fingerprint including 16 characteristic peaks was established .RSD of relative retention time and relative peak areas in the precision ,re-producibility and stability test were less than 4% .The similarity result of analysis is more than 0.95 .This method can be used for the content determination of ginsenosides of Linxiashanshen Pills .In addition ,suitable standard fingerprint was obtained which can be used for the quality control of Linxiashanshen Pills .关键词
