天泰牌改善睡眠软胶囊的质量标准研究OACSTPCD
Research of Quality Standard for Tiantaipai Soft Capsule of Improving Sleep
本实验建立了天泰牌改善睡眠软胶囊的质量标准。薄层色谱法定性鉴别莲心碱；高效液相色谱法测定五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量。选择Diamonsil C18色谱柱（150mm ×4.6mm ，5μm ），以甲醇－水溶液（60∶40）为流动相，梯度洗脱，检测波长254nm ，流速1.0mL／min ，柱温25℃。结果，莲心碱的斑点清晰，分离度好；五味子醇甲在质量浓度24.88μg／mL～111.96μg／mL、五味子甲素在质量浓度22.46μg／…查看全部>>
