天泰牌改善睡眠软胶囊的质量标准研究
Research of Quality Standard for Tiantaipai Soft Capsule of Improving Sleep

Abstract
The quality standard was established on Tiantaipai soft capsule improving the quality of sleep .The qualitative identification of Liensi-nine by TLC ,determination of schisandrin by HPLC ,the content of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin :Diamonsil C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm , 5μm) ,with methanol water solution(60∶40) as mobile phase ,gradient elution ,detection wavelength 254nm ,flow rate 1.0mL/min ,the column temperature was 25℃ .Results:Liensinine spots were clear and well separated .Schisandrin in concentration of 24.88μg/mL-111.96μg/mL , Itsumi Kokosu 22.46μg/mL-101.07μg/mL at the concentration of 20.42μg/mL-91.89μg/mL ,schisandrin ,in the range of that ,it was a good linear relationship .The average recovery rate was 99.65% ,99.45% ,99.58% ,respectively .The method is simple and feasiblewith good separation and good reproducibility ,and can be used as the quality control method of Tiantaipai soft capsule .关键词
