人参属药用植物三萜皂苷合成途径关键酶的研究进展
The Research Progress of key Enzymes Involved in Triterpene Saponin Biosynthesis in Panax Genus Plants
摘要
Abstract
Triterpene saponins which are the key active ingredients in Panax genus plants contribute to the various pharmacological effects in-cluding anti-aging ,anti-cancer and anti-stress activities .Clarification of the biosynthetic pathway of triterpene saponins is the premise and foundation to increase the content of active substances in medicinal plants by genetic engineering technology .This review summarized the re-search progresses on the key enzymes involved in triterpene saponin biosynthesis in Panax genus plants ,such as Panax ginseng ,Panax quin-quefolius ,and Panax notoginseng ,which are expected to provide a theoretical support to further elucidate the molecular mechanism for the biosynthesis and regulation of these medically important compounds .关键词
