摘要

Abstract

Cu-Zn-Si-Al bi-functional catalysts were prepared by step-by-step precipitation method with TEOS and silica sol as silica source, respectively, and characterized by XRD, TPR, XPS, NH3-TPD-MS and elemental analysis. The results indicate that dif-ferent silica sources affected the catalyst performance obviously. The catalyst prepared with TEOS as silica source showed higher ac-tivity than the one prepared with silica sol as silica source, however, the latter showed higher stability in the reaction than the former. It is concluded that the dispersibility and the weak acid sites of the catalyst have great effect on it ’s activity, and the ratio of Cu+/Cu of the active components has major impact on the stability of the catalyst. In addition, no obvious loss of Cu was observed in the re-action.
