Abstract
Methanation reactor is a vital facility of the coal-to-gas process. The patents on methanation reactors in China were analyzed and discussed, including the fixed bed, fluidized bed and slurry bed reactors and their merits and demerits. The existing problems of methanation reactors in current practical production were analyzed, based on which, it was pointed that large processing capacity, high operation flexibility, convenient maintenance and easy catalyst loading are the improving directions of the reactor in the future.关键词
