Abstract
The energy consumption for a 10000m3/h hydrogen plant by natural gas steam reforming was analyzed, based on which, the energy saving suggestions and improvement measures were proposed, including adding a process condensate recovery system, raising the temperature of raw water to reduce the discharge of concentrated water, and separating and purifying carbon dioxide as a product from the tail gas of PSA-H2 unit before it is used as a fuel. The energy saving retrofits improve both economic and environmental benefits of the plant.关键词
