Study on Corrosion Performance of Prepainted Steel Sheet for Elevator
摘要
Abstract
The corrosion performance of the prepainted steel sheet for elevator was studied through neutral salt spray analysis .With the aid of vancometer ,colorimeter and profile testing instrument ,the changes in gloss ,color change and roughness of prepainted sheet was analyzed .The results showed that :1) the gloss of prepainted steel sheet increased with the increasing spray time .In initial phase ,the gloss varied greatly and after 528 h spray ,the gloss was stable .2) Under 1000 h spray ,the color change of pre‐painted steel sheet was 0 .16 ,indicating that sheet had high corrosion resistance .3) After 1000 h spray , the roughness of prepainted steel sheet had a slight increase .关键词
