Abstract
After studying enterprise demand of professional electric automation talents ,the authors of this paper ran a professional capability analysis of electric automation post group by combining the concept of post group with positions and duties of our graduates .The gap between electric automation talents and the talent demand of enterprises is noticed .Therefore ,it is necessary to improve our current talent train‐ing plan .关键词
