微博的社会功能及其规范化建设刍议
The Social Function of Microblog and Its Standardization Construction
摘要
Abstract
Microblog is a new media growing out of the era of informatization and network. It is a double sword, so its value and influence needs us to evaluate reasonably. Under correct orientation and specification, microblog may be the vehicle for virtual and open social interactions, the channel of information resource sharing, the platform of helping to protect the rights and the medium of the public supervision. But once microblog is in anomie, it will produce negative effects, which include encroaching on the spiritual rights of personality, infringing upon the intellectual property, violating the procedural justice, misleading the direction of public o-pinion and producing the effect of“group polarization”. So, the standardization construction is obliged to accelerate the legislation of microblog, strengthen the construction of the microblog as“gatekeeper” and to lead the self-discipline of the microblog as a commu-nity.关键词
