摘要

Abstract

In order to satisfy the requirements of PTZ(pan tilt zoom)high speed and high precision in monitoring system, the PTZ control system was designed with AVR microcontroller,and the overall system scheme was given. According to the func⁃tion demand of PTZ,the hardware system taking ATmega128 as the core was constructed,the system software program was de⁃signed,and the communication between serial port and PC was realized through RS 485 bus to control the horizontal movement and vertical movement of PTZ. The study of the whole system found that the system can achieve the expected requirements,and has good operating results.
