酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in clinical da-ta of 68 cases of COPD combined with CHF admitted hospital from November,2012 to November,2015.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(88.24%)was significantly higher than that(67.65%)of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SGRQ in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group,6-min walk distance(6MWD) was significantly higher than that in the control group,so difference was statistically significant( P< 0.001). Difference of FEV1/ pred(%),FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC before and after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0. 05).Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate tablets has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of COPD combined with CHF,which can significantly improve patients’quality of life and increase the oxygen tolerance of movement,but can not sig-nificantly reduce patients’lung function.Thus,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
