梅州地区3309例女性人乳头瘤病毒检测结果及其基因类型分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the latest infection status and distribution features of 24 kinds of Human papilloma-viruses(HPV)among women in Meizhou area. Methods Seiler vakuumtechnik gene chip detection method was adopted to perform HPV genetic tests of 3309 female of varoius ages,who came to gynaecology to examin and receive treatment from De-cember,2011 to December,2014.And the newest infection status of subtype HPV was analyzed.Results The total infection rate of the 3309 patients was 17.47%,among which 14.17% were infected by single HPV genotype,2.60% by two genotypes and 0.7% by three or more genotypes. The top five HPV genotype distribution positive rate were HPV52(2.87%),HPV43 (2. 51%),HPV58( 2. 45%),HPV16( 2. 39%) and HPV11( 1. 45%). The highest infection rate ages were ≥ 60 (33. 33%),20~29(19.14%),30~39(17.32%),differences of total infection rate of patients aged 20~24,≥60 and oth-er age groups(except for 55~59)were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The HPV infection rate of female in Meizhou area is close to the domestic average infection rate,and the age distribution of the infection rate is U type. The dominant genotypes of this area are HPV52,58 and 16. It is necessary to regularly carry out HPV nucleic acid detection and genotyping detection for women in different age groups and for the susceptible population.关键词
