摘要

Abstract

The development of multiple deep-sea high pressure environment simulation tanks showed that the shear ring type is better than the woods in terms of structural and mechanical characteristics,but there is no standard or specification appropriated for designing of shear ring type seal structure.A simplified mechanical model of shear ring had been presented based on analysis of the relationship and force among all contact surfaces.Mechanical analysis and the influence of some parameters such as shear ring slope to loading of surfaces had been discussed.Test and calculation results showed that the method of this paper is reasonable and safety.And provided a theoretical reference for shear ring type seal structure design and strength evaluation.
