摘要

Abstract

With rising steam temperature and pressure,it is difficult to solve the problems of thin tube sheet support and poor steam-water circulation,which may result in various failure risk factors of reforming gas steam generator.Based upon years′experience in project engineering,several problems concerning the design of high-pressure steam generator are studied,which covers the selection of thin tube sheet,design of support,improvement of steam and water circulation near to highest flux,corrosion and protection of steam generator,impact of structure design on the length of heat exchange tubes and precautions for equipment operation etc..The principles for the design of thin tube sheet support,measures for improve-ment and enhancement of steam and water circulation,countermeasures for preventing corrosion failure and requirements for operation and management are presented.The appropriate design is intended to prevent any possible damages to the steam generator.
