摘要

Abstract

Gas cylinder was used as the research object,aiming at the forming characteristics of the mate-rial of PCrNi3MoVA,established the finite element numerical model of the forming process model by using the UG8.0 software,used analysis software DEFORM on the spinning process of numerical simulation of plastic forming and the flow law of neck-spinning process,to study regular pattern of changes in stress and strain,spin power,temperature and wall thickness.Meanwhile,compared with the actual hot spinning which has same process parameters,which results agreed almost.
