摘要

Abstract

By using carburizing testers based on the principle of magnetic flux intensity variation,the mag-netic flux intensity of 25 Cr35 NiNb+MA material ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes with different degrees of carburization after service were detected.Through a series of physical and chemical tests,carburizing layer thickness of furnace tubes above were detected.The relationship between the magnetic flux intensity and carburized layer thickness of typical material ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes was established initial-ly,which provides basis for the carburized layer thickness detection of ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes in service by carburizing testers.The typical microstructure of 25 Cr35 NiNb+MA ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes at different parts with different thickness of carburized layer was characterized in this paper.
