Abstract
At present, safety issue of textile chemicals is stil one of the main obstacles affecting the inno⁃vation- driven, restructuring and development of textile chemicals, dyeing and finishing industry. The latest de⁃velopment of textile chemicals restriction on the international market in 2016 was elaborated. It could be seen that a series of international measures including further increasing the intensity and accelerating making laws, publishing standards and strengthening management were taken to actively support the 2020 zero emissions target of harmful chemicals and detoxification action.关键词
