摘要

Abstract

The conventional testing method for biodegradability of alkyl polyglucoside (APG) surfactants was improved. The yeast extract was not added into the new culture medium component. Two biodegrada⁃tions curves of APG under different culture mediums were compared. The results showed that the curve of the biodegradation under the new culture medium was more smooth, and the repeatability was better than the old one.
