摘要

Abstract

In order to study the dyeing properties of viscose Outlast air conditioning fiber with reactive dyes, and control the dyeing process and guide the optimization of dyeing process, Reactive Orange BES was selected to study the dye adsorption kinetics. Pseudo first- order and Pseudo second- order kinetic models were used to fit for the kinetic data of Reactive Orange BES dyed Outlast air conditioning fiber. And the effect of sodium sulfate on the dyeing dynamics was investigated. The results showed that the adsorption kinetics of Reactive Orange BES in outlast air conditioning fiber dyeing process could be described by Pseudo sec⁃ond- order kinetic model. The dyeing rate increased with the temperature rising, but the equilibrium adsorption capacity decreased with the increase of dyeing temperature. Increase of sodium sulfate dosage could improve the dyeing rate and equilibrium uptake, and shorten the half dyeing time.
