Application of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the low-salt-dyeing of cotton fabrics with reactive dyes
摘要
Abstract
The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt cationic modifying agent was prepared. The effect of the modification of cotton fabrics to reative dyeing process was investigated, and the dyeing process was opti⁃mized. The results showed the optimal dyeing process: modifier 1 g/L, Reactive Black 2%(omf), sodium chlo⁃ride 20 g/L, sodium carbonate 15 g/L, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 30 min. Compared with the unmodified fabrics at the same dyeing conditions, the fixation rate could be increased by about 40% for the modified coffon fabrics. It could be seen that the amount of neutral salt and the pol ution could be greatly reduced using cationic modi⁃fied process.关键词
