Abstract
In order to obtain multi- functional polyester fabric with flame retardancy and water and oil re⁃pel ency, the polyester fabric was finished by formulating several novel flame retardants and crosslinking agent. The optimal formulation was determined:flame retardant DM- PN1 380 g/L, DM- PN2 350 g/L, DM- PN3 150 g/L, crosslinking agent JL- 1 25 g/L, JL- 2 25 g/L, JL- S 60 g/L, softener 15 g/L, penetrating agent 10 g/L, catalyst 15 g/L. After the flame retardant finishing, polyester fabric was carried out by the water and oil repel⁃lent finishing, and the optimal process was obtained: drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min, curing at 190 ℃ for 1.5 min. The flame retardancy level of finished fabric after 100 times of washing could reach the B1 level of GB/T 5455- 1997. The effectiveness of water repel ence could reach 80 points, and the level of oil repel ency could reach grade 4.关键词
