摘要

Abstract

Solvent- nonsolvent method was adopted to prepare waterborne polyurethane (WBPU)/poly(vi⁃nyl alcohol) (PVA) composite microporous membrane. A stable crosslinking structure was formed between non- woven gaps by coating method. The membranes were characterized by FT- IR and SEM, and the mechan⁃ical properties, water resistance, breath- ability and filtration performance were tested. The results showed that PVA was beneficial to the crosslinking between the membrane and the fibers as wel as the regulation of microporous. Not only three- dimensional microporous membrane structure was generated, but also the pore size were under 2.5 μm when m(WBPU)/m(PVA)=0.8/0.2, PM2.5 and PM10 filtration efficiency were 90.1%and 90.5%, respectively.
