Abstract
Abstracts:Serological surveillance of brucellosis in dairy cattle in Gansu Province from 2006 to 2015 was analyzed, and the results showed that the disease presented rapid upward trend in recent 10 years.A total of 517 172 dairy cattle samples in 26 789 farms were detected by laboratory in nearly ten years.1 319 samples were positive,and the average positive rate was 0.26%. Both serological positive amount and positive rate presented rising trend.The positive rate of every farm existed differences,and the positive rate in backyard farms was higher. The case number between human and dairy cattle was positively correlated. The main resons of the raising positive rate of brucellosis and the main risk factors of this clisense were analyzed,and related suggestions of prevention and control were put forward.关键词
