Abstract
From 2014 to 2015,18 286 serum samples including 13 788 chicken serum,3 422 duck serum and 1 076 goose serum were collected from breeding poultry farms,poultry farms,free-range villages and poultry markets in 16 cities and 2 provincial autonomous counties of Anhui province. The H5 subtype avian influenza immune antibody was detected using hemagglutination(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test. The results showed that the average qualification rate of H5 subtype AI immune antibody was 82.45%. The serum immune antibody qualification rates of chicken,duck and goose were 84.38%,74.99% and 81.41%,respectively. The immune antibody qualification rate of breeding poultry,commercial poultry,free-range poultry and market poultry were 95.25%,84.32%,77.70% and 70.19%,respectively. The results indicated that the overall immune effect of H5 HPAI in Anhui province was better, and the immune antibody qualified rate reached 70% of the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture. But the immune antibody qualified rate in poultry market was lower,so these poultry should be concerned.关键词
