Abstract
In order to adapt to the changes in supervision system and to improve the level of supervision and law enforcement on livestock and poultry slaughtering,an investigation was carried out. Problems in the current layout of livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprises,construction of supervision institutions and law enforcement teams, meat quality inspection and quarantine personnel and the phenomenon of unauthorized slaughtering in Yantai City were analyzed. In order to provide reference for supervision and management of livestock and poultry slaughtering in Yantai City, suggestions of optimizing the layout of livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprise,strengthening the construction of slaughtering supervision and law enforcement authorities,increasing the amount of meat quality inspectors and animal quarantine officers,combating unauthorized slaughtering and other illegal behaviors continually were put forward.关键词
